IEM San Jose viewer's guide
We have prepared a viewer's guide for IEM San Jose, where eight of teams will battle it out in a single-elimination bracket.
The SAP Center indoor arena, commonly known as "The Shark Tank", will play host to the North American Intel Extreme Masters stop, where eight Counter-Strike teams will pit their wits in a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket.
The initial $100,000 prize pool has been increased by $25,000 through a partnership with Amazon, the official retail sponsor of the event, but the figure will continue to rise due to a crowdfunding deal with the online retail company.
The SAP Center will host IEM San Jose
On Wednesday, ESL announced a last-minute change to the list of participants as EnVyUs withdrew from the tournament, citing travel safety concerns following last week's terrorist attack in Paris. The DreamHack Cluj champions will be replaced by CLG, who will face G2 in the quarter-finals.

The English language broadcast of IEM San Jose will be brought by a panel with several esports personalities, including former Titan member Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez, who will sit at the analysts' desk, Joe Miller and Jason "moses" O'Toole. The full on-air team for the event is the following:
